Cancellation & Refund Policy

Crestly is an annual software subscription for schools, operated by Shadowbiz Startups Developer. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for payments made through our website and payment gateway.

1. Subscription & billing

Crestly is licensed as an annual subscription per school, payable in advance, with pricing agreed at the time of signup. The subscription covers unlimited students and staff, all current modules, setup, backups, and support. There is no multi-year lock-in.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing partner@crestly.in. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your school retains access to the ERP until the end of the current paid term, after which the subscription is not renewed.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction via our payment gateway (Razorpay). Once initiated, the amount is typically credited to your bank account or card within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

5. How to request a refund

Email partner@crestly.in or WhatsApp +91 78519 49991 with your school name and payment reference / transaction ID. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and confirm the outcome within 7 working days.

6. School fee payments

Where Crestly facilitates fee payments by parents on behalf of a school, any refund of a school fee is governed by that school's own fee policy. Such requests should be raised with the school office; Crestly only facilitates the transaction and does not decide fee refunds.
