Crestly is being built as the complete operating system for an Indian school — from a parent's first enquiry to an alumnus collecting a certificate. Every role gets their own toolkit. Every operation is captured. Every event is reported to the people who need to know.
A driver doesn't see fee balances. A parent doesn't see staff salaries. An accountant doesn't mark attendance. Crestly's permission engine routes the right tool to the right hand — and reports up to whoever needs to know.

A live dashboard that updates with every fee paid, every attendance marked, every staff punch. No phone calls. No "let me check and tell you." The principal opens one screen and sees the truth as it happens.

Every student is absent by default. The teacher taps P / A / L / E per row — instant auto-save, no save button. Works on her ₹6,000 Android, on 2G, in under 90 seconds. The moment she taps, the parent's WhatsApp gets the absent alert.

The accountant marks a fee paid. Crestly does the rest — recomputes the sibling discount, generates the PDF receipt with a unique number, and pushes the WhatsApp to the parent via the official Meta Cloud API. All in under 7 seconds. The accountant moves to the next family.

Each staff member's daily salary is computed from their own duty hours and today's punches. Late minutes cut at a per-minute rate. Outside-geofence punches flagged for HR to review. By month-end, payroll isn't a project — it's already done.

No. Your data is stored in a standard MySQL database on a server we deploy for you on Hostinger or DigitalOcean — your domain, your account. You can export everything to Excel anytime. No lock-in, no proprietary format.
The attendance page has exactly one decision per student — tap P, A, L, or E. No save button. No menus. Designed so a teacher in her 50s, on a ₹6,000 phone, in 2G signal, finishes attendance in under 90 seconds.
Every punch saves the selfie, lat/long, accuracy radius, IP, and user agent. Outside-geofence punches still save but are flagged orange in the HR view. Spoofed locations leave forensic fingerprints. It's not unbreakable — but it's investigable, and that's enough for accountability.
The current build is single-school. We're explicit about this because we don't want to oversell. If you run multiple branches with shared finances, talk to us — we'll quote a custom multi-school setup.
Annual billing, no multi-year lock-in. If at any point you decide Crestly isn't for you, we hand over a full data export and you walk away. No "minimum term", no cancellation fees.
Tell us. The roadmap is driven by schools using Crestly, not by investors. If three schools need the same thing, we build it next quarter and ship it to everyone — no upgrade fee.
