Shipping & Delivery Policy

Crestly is a fully digital software service (Software-as-a-Service) operated by Shadowbiz Startups Developer. There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how the service is delivered after a successful payment.
1. No physical shipping
Crestly is delivered entirely online. We do not ship any physical product, hardware, or media. No shipping or courier charges apply to any subscription.
2. Service delivery & activation
- On successful payment, your school's instance is provisioned and access credentials are shared by email / WhatsApp.
- Login access to the ERP (crestly.in/school) and the Parent app is typically activated within 1–3 working days, alongside initial setup such as data import and WhatsApp template registration.
- Once activated, the service is available 24×7, subject to scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
3. Delivery confirmation
You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with your login details once your instance is live. If you do not receive access within 3 working days of payment, please contact us immediately.
